Dr. Gan Kia Hui

Dr. Gan Kia Hui is Head of Programme, Centre for Australian Degree Programs (CADP) cum lecturer at INTI International College Penang. She holds a PhD from USM. Her study focuses on organisational behaviour and management, as well as psychological safety climate. She has 8 years of experience teaching in a higher education institution. Her areas of expertise in Pscychosocial Safety Climate (PSC), Project Management, Organizational Behavior, Management Science, Business Entrepreneurial Simulation Project, and other management papers. She won the Best Paper Award at the AIC 2023 and 1st International Youth Conference in 2021.
Dr. Tharindu Ameresekere

Tharindu Ameresekere is a Senior Lecturer at the Post Graduate Institute of Management (SJP) specialising in Finance, Marketing, Communication skills, Sustainability and Digital Disruption. Tharindu also has been coaching students for the CIMA Professional qualification for over 15 years. He is also Founder of award-winning digital agency TAC and a National Public Speaking Champion in Toastmasters being the only Toastmaster in Sri Lanka to be ranked number 1 in 3 competition categories. His publications in academia have been recognized in the AIB South Asian conference 2022 hosted by the Indian Institute of Management, the Global Winter Business Conference in France and the World Education summit in Malaysia.
Dr. Firdous Ahmad Malik

Dr. Firdous Ahmad Malik is currently working as Assistant Professor (Economics) at the University of People in Pasadena, California, United States. Prior, he has served as research fellow at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy and Senior Research Associate at the Jindal Centre for the Global South at O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat–Haryana. Dr. Firdous graduated his Ph.D. and MPhil both in Economics from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, India. While he received his Post-Graduation in Economics from the University of Kashmir. Further, he has served the academic world through his renowned publications in national and international journals of Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, and other Scopus indexed. Apart from research articles, Dr. Firdous holds the onus of contribution to publication of 6 books till date. Dr. Eve Nwaogu Chan

Dr Eve Chan is an Assistant Professor from the Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi). She earned her PhD in Fashion and Textiles Marketing and Merchandising from the Institute of Textiles and Clothing, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HKPolyU) in 2009. Prior to joining THEi, Dr Chan was Research Fellow at the Hong Kong Community College of the HKPolyU and Visiting Lecturer of the Hong Kong Design Institute. In terms of her professional experience, she had served as Global Business Controller and Manager of the internationally renowned fashion company, H&M. Currently, Dr Chan is managing several competitive research projects in international trade of fashion and textile, location analysis of production in the belt and road initiative as well as econometric modelling. She has successfully collaborated with local and international fashion brands and apparel companies in carrying out research projects. Chan is the recipient of various research awards, including the best research paper award in an international conference - the 14th Asian Textile Conference (ATC-14) in 2017. She had been invited to be the keynote speaker, conference committee member, session chair and reviewer of several international conferences.
Dr. Liem Gai Sin

Liem Gai Sin is a director of Association of International Business and Professional Management. He is also Full lecturer at the School of Business at Ma Chung University and visiting professor in many universities in Indonesia and overseas. Liem Gai Sin is also the founder of IYC (International Youth Collaboration) and own logistic and export import company. He has been involved in many research projects, received several research grants, scholarship and educational awards. He has published many journal articles in IEEE, APBITM, JIBM and wrote a book chapter in The Handbook of Experiential Learning in International Business that is published by Palgrave Macmilan in 2014. He was also a columnist on Entrepreneurship magazine and international editor of International Journal of Applied Business and International Management.
